Politique d'expédition


In partnership with Australia Post, we are pleased to offer both standard and express shipping, worldwide (at the prices indicated at checkout).

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, to the nominated shipping address, with confirmation and tracking details emailed to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is both safe and secure.

We do not bear any responsibility for the payment of taxes, duties or fees, applicable to international orders. These fall under the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that Celestree bears no liability for any loss or damage during transit and transport, provided by our delivery partner.

Express Shipping

Express orders are dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse if the order is placed before 2 pm (Australian E.S.T.) and are dispatched the next day if placed after 2 pm. Express parcels are usually delivered within 1 or 2 days of dispatch to metro areas and 2 to 3 days to regional locations, although remote areas could be up to 3 to 4 days.

Regular Shipping

Regular orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within 1-2 business days, however, they may take up to 4 to 5 days to dispatch during busy periods such as during sales and the Christmas/New Year period. Once dispatched most regular orders to arrive within 5-7 business days depending on your location.


Important Shipping Information

Parcels may be left if the property is deemed to be safe and secure, even if a signature is required. If you do not want this please leave an order message requesting signature only or collect at Post Office if not home.

 We can deliver to all business, residential and PO boxes. Please make sure to include both your name and the business name if sending to a business address.

You will receive an email once your package has been shipped with a tracking number.

If you request to have your package left (without signature) please be aware that this is at your own risk. We do not replace missing parcels if there has been a signature opt-out.


Please use your tracking number on the Australia Post http://austpost.com.au or Sendle website http://www.sendle.com to track your order. We are currently testing out Shippit and Starshipit at the moment. So your parcel may also be sent via these companies. Ensure you check your email for tracking.

It is up to the customer to contact Sendle or Australia Post if you are having any issues.
