EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We understand. There’s a chance you’re not 100% happy and we respect that. That’s why we make exchanges and returns easy.

Simply head to our ‘Online Returns Centre’ and we’ll help you through the process. Alternatively, if you have any questions just send us an email to info@celestree.com.

Exchanges, returns and refunds are only offered if you submit your request via our ‘Online Returns Centre’ within 2 weeks (local) or 4 weeks (international) of receiving your original order (as indicated by our delivery partner).

Use our ‘Online Returns Centre’ to swap your Celestree scarf for another. To qualify for exchange, the item must unworn, undamaged and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags attached.

We advise you use a registered delivery service, with a tracking number, as we take no responsibility for any loss or damage during transport. Also, please note, you are solely responsible for covering the cost of postage, including any international customs charges or taxes that may apply.

 

 

Use our ‘Online Returns Centre’ to return your Celestree scarf and apply for a full refund, within 2 weeks (local) or 4 weeks (international) of receiving your order.

To qualify for a money-back return, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived – unworn, undamaged and unaltered, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please note that refunds are only available on full-priced merchandise (no sale items), and will be processed within a week, only once we receive the returned item. Funds will be reverted to your original purchase method of payment.

Refunds are not available for gift cards or vouchers.

 

 

We would hate for you to receive a faulty item, but if it does happen, we are more than happy to exchange or refund it. Simply take a photo of your scarf illustrating the issue and notify us via an email to info@celestree.com.

Once we have assessed your claim, we can then facilitate the return through our ‘Online Returns Center’. You will be asked to send the scarf back to us, with all its original packaging (including labels and tags). However, we will cover the cost of postage.

On that note, we advise you use a registered delivery service, with a tracking number, as we take no responsibility for any loss or damage during transport.

Once we have received the item, we will ship your new scarf or refund you to your original method of payment.
